Kawaii Spirit Adventure ("the Game", "we", "us") is published by Tote Dev. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and your rights.

The Game itself does not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information. All progress (scores, skins, settings) lives locally on your device. Third-party advertising and analytics SDKs embedded in the Game may collect data — see Sections 3 and 4.

Google AdMob displays rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) — only if you grant App Tracking Transparency consent
• IP address
• Device model, OS version, language, country
• Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks)
• Approximate location (derived from IP)

You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Google's opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com

On first launch, iOS will ask whether you allow the Game to track you across other apps and websites via IDFA. If you decline, ads will be non-personalized. The Game functions identically either way.

The Game is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (U.S.) or under 16 (EU). No account creation, login, or personal data input is required. Ad content is configured for general audiences. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:

• Access personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent for ad personalization
• Object to processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

The legal basis for ad-related processing is consent (collected via the AdMob consent dialog on first launch).

California residents may request information about data collection, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, contact us at the email below.

The Game stores no personal data on our servers. AdMob data retention follows Google's policy. Local device data is removed when you uninstall the Game.

Local data is sandboxed by iOS. We rely on Google's security practices for advertising data.

AdMob may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States, under Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be highlighted in a Game update.
